HOW TO USE

Use the tip of the pen to apply precise strokes giving the illusion of brow hair. Start at the base of the brow and continue following the directions of the natural hairs. If you make a mistake immediately remove the line, before it dries out. Can be removed with Phi Wipes Makeup Remover.
